In Christianity Mary is the
mother of Jesus of Nazareth.
She is the subject of much
veneration in the Christian
faith, particularly in the
Roman Catholic Church and
Orthodox Church, and is also
highly regarded by Muslims.

Mariology.
The Apostles Creed and
Nicene Creed both refer to
Mary as "the Virgin Mary". This
alludes to the belief that Mary

and not through intercourse

time is affirmed by Eastern
Christianity, Roman
Catholicism and by many
