All items are returnable within 30 days of the shipping date for a money back guarantee (excluding 15% restocking fee, shipping and handling charges, duties, and brokerage fees). If you are not satisfied with an item, you may exchange it or receive a refund if it is returned undamaged in its original condition and packaging.  If you have received the item damaged from the shipping process you must notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of the same to be accepted for refund.   Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
